Aspect Hunter School
Aspect Hunter School caters for more than 100 students across the Hunter, Central Coast and Far North Coast regions of NSW. It also has a range of satellite classes located in Cardiff, Belmont, Waratah West, Tarro, Abermain and Port Macquarie.
The School enrols children aged from 3 years and 10 months and from across the areas of Hunter Valley, Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. The school operates from Thornton and has satellite classes in both NSW Department of Education and Training schools and Catholic schools.
The School holds information sessions each term for parents and service providers to give details of the range of services provided by Aspect in the Hunter region. These services include early intervention, school-based programs, satellite support classes, training, educational outreach and enrolment.

Students with an autism spectrum disorder also benefit from other services delivered through the Aspect Hunter School
Aspect Educational Outreach - for students with an autism spectrum disorder in mainstream schools and Schools for Special Purposes (SSPs).
Aspect Social Clubs Program for all students with an autism spectrum disorder.
Additional therapy services for students who are enrolled at the Aspect Hunter School, and for students with a confirmed place on our waiting list.
