Aspect Capable Vocational Assessments
Aspect Capable offers autism specific vocational assessments for individuals on the autism spectrum and workplace assessments for employers.
1. For individuals:
If you are an individual on the autism spectrum who is either transitioning into employment, currently jobseeking or looking to change careers, we can assist you in understanding your strengths and exploring suitable career options for you. Aspect Capable offers an autism specific vocational assessment that identifies strengths and areas of development to assist with job matching and identifying suitable workplace support strategies.
The vocational assessment can either be requested as a one-off assessment or alternatively if you are accessing the Employment Mentoring program, the assessment will be conducted as part of the initial consultation for this program.
$172 per hour, including a written report
Our Vocational Assessments are offered in Sydney, Melbourne, Hunter region, North NSW and regional areas across Australia via skype or phone. We can meet either at one of our Aspect sites or in quiet public locations such as libraries or cafes. Arrangements are made to suit participants needs.
2. For current employees or their employers:
Aspect Capable offers specialist workplace assessments to current employees on the autism spectrum. Workplace assessments are conducted by our experienced autism specialists who will work with the employee and manager to:
- Review the employees work site to perform a job analysis of role and environment to plan job and culture fit
- Assess the employee inherent requirements and KPI’s
- Provision of written report of recommendations for support and adjustments
$516, includes two hour on-site assessment and detailed written report
Our Workplaces Assessments are offered in Sydney, Melbourne, North NSW and regional at the employee’s workplace.
