Available to residents in the Hunter region of NSW and in Melbourne, VIC.

Early Intervention Readiness Program (EIRP) aims to strengthen your family’s ability to facilitate a smooth transition for your child into early intervention services.

Supported by the Greater Charitable Foundation (NSW) and the Lynne Quayle Charitable Trust Fund, managed by Equity Trustees (VIC), the program begins with an initial consultation, followed by a series of visits based on your family’s needs. These visits can be arranged to take place in your home or an early childhood setting.

The EIRP will provide you with information about autism, early intervention, family support service options, funding entitlements and additional service options.

Our staff will also offer transition support to assist you with decision making and to provide knowledge to help coordinate and commence appropriate early intervention services for your child. While you wait to access other services we will provide early strategies to support both you and your child.
