Board of Directors
A Board of Directors oversees the strategic direction and key accountabilities of Aspect. The Directors possess a mix of qualifications, knowledge and experience ensuring a skilled, effective and diverse Board.
Executive team
Aspect has a dedicated and innovative Executive team, leading around 1200 staff members across the organisation.
Our Patron - John Doyle AM
Our patron John Doyle AM, has a very personal connection to Aspect. John grew up in rural Australia with his older sister Jennifer, who is on the autism spectrum.
Aspect Advisory Council
The Aspect Advisory Council is a council of Autistic people which provides advice to the Board and the senior management of Aspect on its strategy and operations based on their expertise and experience and is a formal part of Aspect’s governance framework.
