Accessing your Telehealth Assessment Appointment

Once you are provided with an online appointment time, you will need to be prepared to access Telehealth.

Telehealth Pre-Call Test

Prior to your appointment time, it’s a good idea to test that your device will work with Telehealth. This is simple to do by clicking on the button at the bottom of this section.

The test will:

  • Check your camera, microphone, browser and speakers.
  • Test that you can connect to the internet.
  • Test that you can connect to Telehealth.
  • Keep information about how well you can connect to Telehealth.

After the test, if you had any trouble with connecting with Telehealth, our team will be happy to help you.

Connecting with Telehealth

At the time and date of your appointment, you can connect to Telehealth by clicking the button below. Once you click on the button, please ensure that you select ‘Aspect Assessments’ from the clinic list.
