The Aspect Comprehensive Approach supports all areas of the student’s development. Each student, with the support of their parents, teachers and professionals, develops their own individual plan (IP). The IP highlights the learning style, techniques and supports most appropriate to the needs of the child and provides a positive learning environment that focuses on his or her strengths and interests.

Aspect recognises the importance of individualised planning in promoting the potential of every learner. The IP highlights the student's learning style and how best to support the student. An IP is developed through collaboration with the student, their parents and key stakeholders. The IP focuses on achieving the student's goals through the student's strengths and interests and positive structured learning environments.
