Aspect Employment Services
Although Aspect is no longer offering Employment Mentoring, we remain committed to improving employment outcomes for people on the autism spectrum. We will continue the work we are doing in the employment space to build understanding of neurodivergent thinkers in the workplace, and by creating inclusive environments for neurodivergent staff.
This is a critical first step to ensuring organisations are appropriately set up for Autistic people to take up employment opportunities and be successful. We will also continue to advocate for greater understanding of Autistic people in both the workplace and broader community by providing support, training and resources to organisations across Australia.
Workplace Training for Employers
Aspect Employment Workplace Training offers bespoke autism awareness training for your organisation to understand the contribution employees on the autism spectrum can make to your workplace, learn best practice strategies for managing and supporting your employees and tips for successfully recruiting candidates from this untapped talent pool. We can support your organisation to:
- Increase understanding of positive attributes and contributions to the workplace
- Receive guidance on best practices for recruiting candidates
- Increase confidence in managing an employee on the spectrum
- Discuss current issues or concerns relating to an employee on the spectrum
- Learn how to design and implement appropriate management strategies
Eligibility and Costs
Training would be beneficial for HR professionals, Diversity and Inclusion Officers, Managers and Administration staff, and any colleagues who may wish to learn more about autism in the workplace or whom interact with colleagues on the spectrum.

Training is held at your workplace or online at a time suitable for you and your team. We offer this training nationally across Australia.
