9th Annual Artists on the Autism Spectrum Exhibition

The Aspect South Coast School is hosting the 9th annual “Artists on the Autism Spectrum” Exhibition at Wollongong Art Gallery from Saturday 5 September through to Sunday 4 October. The exhibition is in the Community Access Gallery, Level 4.

The exhibition, which is a much anticipated event in the autism and art community calendars, aims to celebrates “a different brilliant® - understanding, engaging and celebrating the strengths, interests & aspirations of people on the autism spectrum.”

The art works are by students aged between 5 and 18 years of age.

Entry is free. All are welcome.

All artworks are for sale via an on-line auction, which will open at 10:00 am Saturday 4th September and close 4:00 pm Sunday 4th October. You can register for the auction by clicking here.

Aspect South Coast School has provided specialised autism education programs and services for over 32 years in Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama and Shoalhaven. Our school operates from a main site at Corrimal which consists of an administration office and five lower primary classes. The school also has satellite classes which are Aspect run and operated. They are located within the NSW Department of Education schools in Barrack Heights, Bellambi and North Wollongong, a Catholic primary school in Kiama and an independent school in Farmborough Heights.
