    It was other children teasing Cassandra’s autistic son that motivated her to write a book about autistic behaviours from a child’s perspective.  Many autistic children have poor speech, are socially awkward and lack coordination – this can lead to teasing and isolation.  Children will often stop teasing other children about behaviours if they understand what drives them.
