Rewarding Careers in Autism Education
At Aspect Schools, we understand that every child is unique. Embracing each student’s individuality and engaging them through their special interests makes teaching at Aspect an enriching and rewarding experience.
We are more than just a school – we’re a close-knit caring community. From the moment you start with us, you’ll have an instant network to share your journey with at Aspect. Together, we share experiences and advice and celebrate achievements.
Each day we know we’ve played a critical part in improving the quality of life of our students on the autism spectrum and their families… and we invite you to join us.
What does an Aspect Education career look like?
At Aspect Schools we offer small class sizes of up to 6 students, with a teacher and teacher’s aide in each class. By doing this, we are able to individualise the learning approach for the students we support. We deliver quality programs which have a positive impact on each student in our care.
To support teachers to build their capacity in teaching students on the autism spectrum, we offer a learning support team of a psychologist, speech pathologist and occupational therapist. As a team we are committed to ensuring our students achieve their potential in a safe and rewarding learning environment.
We’re proud of our unwavering philosophy focused on an autism-specific, person-centred and strengths-based approach. And we know you’ll love working in an environment that allows you to do something significant every day.
Why join the Aspect Education team?
