Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect), Australia’s leading national autism provider with one of the largest autism-specific school programs in the world, is running Australia’s first autism-specific Distance Education program, out of the Aspect Hunter School.

The program allows students on the autism spectrum to learn from home by connecting them to teachers via a range of digital learning tools. Students will also participate in at least 15 face-to-face days at the Aspect Hunter School in NSW each year.

Aspect Hunter School Distance Education Program Information Sessions

The Aspect Hunter School is seeking expressions of interest from families of children on the autism spectrum entering Years 3 – 8 in 2021, who would be interested in enrolling in the autism-specific Distance Education program being offered by the school next year.

This unique program is aimed at students who are either geographically isolated and don’t have access to an appropriate school program or have disengaged from traditional education programs due to individual circumstances.

The innovative program will provide an opportunity for students to learn from home via video conferencing technologies, print and writing.

Join us for an information session about our Distance Education program, hosted by Aspect Hunter School. We will provide information about the program, demonstrate how it works, and let you know how you can register for enrolment.
